UP-UP Dark Wild Mint is an inspiring dark chocolate Single Estate 50% cocoa content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm in the Casenare region in Colombia. This bar is characterised because of the distinctive cacao notes with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, followed by nutty flavours and well-defined tones of wild mint, finishing with hints of dried-fruit and a refreshing aftertaste.
