Puebla Coffees purchase their cherries from local farmers to process at their mill. Pilot Coffee acquired this lot with the help of Cafe Imports who have been integral to creating market access for high-quality producers in this area.

The cooler temperatures and high elevation in Puebla create a microclimate perfectly suited to coffee production. Although Puebla hasn't received much recognition for coffee production, there is a growing number of high-quality farmers putting Puebla on the map.
